RG Artistries was founded by, Raven Gillus, who has always been very creative, since a young age. The Prince George's County, MD native has continued to find many ways to express herself from writing poetry to singing to modeling. In 2016, Raven began painting and practicing her craft by taking art classes. Since then, she's wanted to take her passion of art and use it as a tool to give voice to her inner ideas, thoughts and emotions. She enjoys creating art on canvas with acrylic paint to artistically interpret her passion for black people, women empowerment, and pop culture. Raven continues to find inspiration from society and her life. Her hope is for you to find inspiration from her work and inspire others, too.
